1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GymLeons mobile application, website and related services (the “Service”) provided by Zealous Commerce (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, or use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- Tell us immediately at appzealous@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
3. Roles & responsibilities
Gym owners are responsible for the accuracy of their gym information, membership plans and pricing, for the staff and trainers they add, and for how they use their members’ data within the app — including complying with applicable data-protection laws.
Trainers and staff are responsible for the plans, advice and information they provide to members and for acting within the permissions granted by their gym.
Members are responsible for the information they share and for following their gym’s rules. Your membership contract is with your gym, not with us.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload — such as photos, videos, documents, workout and diet plans. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, display and process that content only to operate and improve the Service. You confirm you have the rights to upload it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, misleading or fraudulent.
- Upload content that is offensive, infringing or contains malware.
- Harass, impersonate or collect data about other users without permission.
- Attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access.
- Reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the Service.
6. Health & fitness disclaimer
Workout plans, diet plans and other fitness content in the app are created by gyms and trainers and are for general information only. They are not medical advice. Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have a medical condition. You exercise at your own risk.
7. Memberships & payments
Membership plans, prices, discounts and trial periods are set by each gym. Any payment, refund or cancellation for a gym membership is between you and that gym. If we introduce paid subscriptions for the Service itself, the applicable prices and terms will be shown before you purchase.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, logos and trademarks, is owned by Zealous Commerce and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.
9. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account from the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or put other users or the Service at risk.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the acts, services or content of gyms, trainers or other users.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
