This Privacy Policy explains how Zealous Commerce (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you use the GymLeons mobile application, website and related services (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
GymLeons is used by gym owners, managers, receptionists, trainers and members. Gyms that use the Service decide how they use their members’ and staff information within the app.

Information collected automatically
- Location — if you allow it, your device location is used to show nearby gyms. You can turn this off in your device settings.
- Device and log data — device type, operating system, app version, IP address and error logs, used to keep the Service secure and working.
- Cookies — our website uses essential cookies for security (for example, form protection) and session management.
3. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account, including sending one-time verification codes by email.
- To provide the features you use — memberships, attendance, workout and diet plans, classes, leads, hiring and gym discovery.
- To connect members, trainers, staff and gyms (for example, when you join a gym or hire a trainer).
- To send service messages such as verification codes, request updates and important account notices.
- To respond to your enquiries and support requests.
- To maintain, secure, debug and improve the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who can see your information
- Your gym — when you join a gym, its owner and authorised staff can see the information needed to serve you, such as your profile, membership, attendance and fitness details.
- Your trainer — trainers assigned to you, or whom you hire, can see your fitness profile and plans.
- Gyms you apply to — when you apply to a job post, the gym can see your application and professional profile.
- Public gym profiles — gym profiles (name, photos, address, hours, facilities) are visible to app users looking for gyms.
- Service providers — trusted vendors who host our servers, deliver email and store media, under contracts that protect your data.
- Legal reasons — when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users or the public.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must keep certain records to meet legal, tax or security obligations.
6. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, download or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You can update most information directly in the app. For anything else, contact us at appzealous@gmail.com.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. You can also ask us to delete it by emailing appzealous@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated personal data, subject to the retention exceptions above.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, token-based authentication and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Where a gym enrols a minor, it is responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email.
